Old Crow Medicine Show

8 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Grammy Award-winners Old Crow Medicine Show, known worldwide for their double-platinum hit single "Wagon Wheel," headline the Pilot Mountain Outdoor Adventure Festival & Expo with a concert on Saturday, April 22.

The outdoor concert takes place on the grounds of the Armfield Civic Center & Recreation Center Park. It is general admission lawn seating, with people encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Food trucks and beer & wine vendors will be on-site. No coolers allowed.

Tickets for the Old Crow Medicine Show concert in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, are $30-$55 and available for purchase online. Gates open at 5 p.m. and music starts at 8 p.m.

The concert is part of a larger festival & expo weekend, and concert-goers can interact with a variety of vendors from these outdoor pursuits: hiking, biking, climbing, camping, kayaking, fishing and disc golf.

Old Crow Medicine Show's roots style music has been characterized as "a freewheeling collision of Americana, old-time music, folk, and rock & roll." The band is touring in 2023 in support of its new album, Paint This Town, which it says "offers up a riveting glimpse into American mythology and the wildly colorful characters who populate it."
