Go behind the scenes of our sparkling wine program, where every bubble tells a story. Begin with a wine cocktail class in our Barrel Work Room, followed by an informational session with Winemaker Ethan Brown to learn about the craftsmanship and care behind each bottle.

Afterward, enjoy a three-course lunch at The Farm House, expertly paired with our wines:

First Course: Fig focaccia with gorgonzola buttercream & Calabrian chili oil
Second Course: Ragu Bianco with pork, mushrooms & tagliatelle
Third Course: Honey buttermilk panna cotta with blueberry pie filling
