The last Made in Surry Craft Market event of 2025 will be held on December 13th, 2025. The event is held within the same building as the Siamese Twins Museum, located at 215 Rockford Street, Mount Airy, NC 27030. The event presents an opportunity to not only support local Surry County artists but also a chance to pick up some Christmas gifts for loved ones! Be sure to come out and support local artists! All proceeds go directly to the artists involved. The Made in Surry County Craft Market is an excellent opportunity for Surry County artists to proudly display their works.

The Annual Yadkin Valley Christmas Parade (also known as the Jonesville/Elkin Christmas Parade) takes place on the second Sunday in December at 5:00 PM. This festive community tradition begins in Jonesville at 200 South Bridge Street and continues through downtown before concluding at Elkin High School. Bring your family and friends to enjoy holiday floats, music, and seasonal cheer along the parade route.
