Elkin Creek Vineyard's winter supper club concludes for 2019 with a three-course meal featuring wood-fired salmon. The meal opens with a harvest salad paired with Elkin Creek's 2017 Viognier. The salmon entree comes with horseradish mashed potatoes and asparagus, and is paired with the 2018 Chardonnay. Dessert is lemon drizzle cake paired with the 2018 Traminette.
Cost is $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is at 7:00 p.m. for dinner at 7:30. RSVPs are required. For reservations, email [email protected] or call 336-526-5119.
