Four-Course Wine Dinner at Haze Gray

Head to Haze Gray Vineyards in Dobson for a wine and culinary experience crafted by chefs Tony Pomelli and Corey Cunningham, graduates of the Culinary Institute of America. With nearly 60 years of combined high-end restaurant experience, Pomelli and Cunningham have embarked on a journey right here in the Yadkin Valley with Two Chefs Food Truck.
This special evening will feature a curated four-course meal that pairs with the award-winning flavors of Haze Gray's wines. Get ready for an adventure as every dish enhances the unique notes of each wine vintage.
The first course consists of seared tuna with apple balsamic rub, fennel-apple slaw, capers, scallion aioli and balsamic glaze, paired with the 2021 Haze Gray Sparkling Pinot Grigio.
The second course is Ricotta Salata Mezzaluna roasted garlic country ham paired with the 2022 Chardonnay stainless steel.
The third course features Duck Two Ways, scallop potato, glazed pearl onions and tart cherry demi, with the newly released 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert is Salame di Cioccilaro vanilla cream, complemented by the 2020 Chambourcin.
Price is $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Price for wine club members is $85, plus tax and gratuity.
