With the full moon on Thursday, Oct. 1, this moonlight dinner should be spectacular. The menu is an Asian-inspired twist on barbecue created by Chef Jeff Taylor of Liberty Catering Company. Locally sourced ingredients include pork and lettuce from Ridenour Ranch in Thurmond and Greenhouse Towers right here in State Road.
Caroline Beverley & Gap Civil provide music for the evening, marking their third appearance at Grassy Creek.
The menu includes a starter, dinner and dessert. Dinner will feature Asian-style pork meatballs with cilantro-lime rice, Korean baked beans, salad and bread. Wine sold separately.
Tickets are $40 per person and must be purchased in advance. Email [email protected] or call 336-835-2458.
