Behind the Bubbles
Event
Begin your experience with an exclusive ‘Wine Cocktail’ class led by our resident mixologist, Benson, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM — a special treat for our wine club members.
Next, step behind the scenes and discover the artistry behind our sparkling program, where every bubble tells a story. Winemaker Ethan Brown will guide you through the meticulous craftsmanship and passion that go into each bottle. From vineyard to cellar, you’ll gain valuable insight into the intricacies of sparkling wine production and what makes our offerings truly exceptional. Enjoy a passed appetizer during this session.
Afterward, savor a delightful lunch at The Farm House, where dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients are expertly paired with our wines, enhancing your dining experience.
