When the holidays come round, the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Elkin goes all out with its Christmas decorations. The lobby and entire first floor are festooned with several Christmas trees, lights and other holiday displays.
Also each year, they hotel invites everyone, guests and non-guests, to a special Christmas celebration. This year will be the 10th year for the Celebrate the Magic of Christmas event and will be lots of fun for the whole family, including visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, local arts and craft vendors, and wine tastings from nearby Yadkin Valley vineyards.
