This new summer event in Pilot Mountain brings a fun atmosphere to Main Street one Friday evening a month in July, August and September. The town is throwing a dance party on Depot Street, and the series' theme is "dancing through the decades." The festivities include both a DJ and live band.
The first installment is all about the '70s. Break out the bell bottoms, Earth Shoes and peasant blouses.
Additional 2022 dates are Aug. 19 (1980s) and Sept. 16 (1990s).
