Sip and Savor

Come out for the return of Sip & Savor, a memorable food and wine pairing experience set among the vines at our scenic gazebo.

Begin your afternoon with a guided vineyard tour before exploring five chef-crafted tasting stations, each featuring a thoughtfully paired Shelton wine designed to showcase the harmony between exceptional food and wine.

Guests will enjoy pairings including:

• Grilled watermelon with pickled shallots and crispy prosciutto
• Mini beef Wellington
• Peach bruschetta with whipped goat cheese and honey
• Pork and ginger pot sticker
• Shrimp & scallop mango ceviche
