Valentine's Dinner & Wine Pairing
Event
Grassy Creek announces an exciting evening of delicious food and wine, as well as live music. Chef Julius of Kalman's Bon Appetit has a four-course menu planned with a Grassy Creek wine paired with each course. The full menu is listed below. Included in the wine selection is the anticipated 2021 Artista barbera rosé and the 2017 cabernet sauvignon, which is yet to be released. Zach Groff will play piano for the evening.
$110 per person. $99 for wine club members.

First Course
Crispy pork belly, apple and beet salad with justo cheese croutons and white balsamic dressing on fresh spring mix

Second Course
Orange herb sous vide duck leg quarter served with 2019 barbera jus, manchego truffle potatoes and citrus vinaigrette micro greens
Wine: 2019 Barbera
Third Course
Slow-braised certified angus beef short ribs topped with 2016 cabernet sauvignon veal demi glacé served with balsamic grilled asparagus, roasted red pepper and Hungarian pickled cucumbers

Fourth Course
Dessert grazing table including chocolates, cakes, tarts, fruits and more
