Wine Showdown at Harvest Grill
Event
Join in a fun-filled evening at Shelton Vineyards' Harvest Grill. Two teams make wine pairing suggestions for a four-course vintner's dinner.
Guests decide their favorite wine pairing with each course. At the end of the evening, the votes are counted to determine who receives the 2022 Wine Showdown Award.
Menu for the evening:
- Greeting: Caramella cheese gougere with Shelton Nouveau
- 1st Course: Shrimp and grilled artichoke heart capellini, citrus crème, chive oil, shaved truffle pecorino
- 2nd Course: Orchard chicken pâté with dried dates, blueberries and cherries, butter lettuce, roasted apples and apricot mostarda
- 3rd Course: Dijon roasted lamb chops, pearl onion demi, rosemary béarnaise, cardamom cauliflower puree, haricots vert
- 4th Course: Pear buttermilk tart with Danish blue cheese, honey and walnuts, sabayon
Cost is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.
