Winter Wine Dinner
Event
Elkin's Adagio Vineyards hosts a six-course wine dinner with Chef Charley of Soul Food Fusion. Each course is paired with an Adagio wine.
The menu for the evening is as follows:
1st Course: Strawberry and basil bruschetta with balsamic glaze
Wine: Minuet 2022
2nd Course: Salad with prosciutto, shaved parmesan and citrus vinaigrette
Wine: Vivace 2021
3rd Course: Pasta with shrimp and chardonnay sauce
Wine: Chardonnay 2019
4th Course: Pork medallions, blackberry-and-apple chutney, with crispy smashed potato
Wine: Petit Verdot 2020
5th Course: Braised beef short rib with sauteed green beans
Wine: Harmony
6th Course: Almond sweet bread, Chantilly cream, almonds, orange glaze
Wine: Coda 2022
Price per person is $98, plus tax and gratuity.
