Your evening begins with a welcome drink and continues with a lavish island buffet featuring a whole roasted pig, slow-cooked on-site and ceremoniously presented to our guests. As part of this unforgettable experience, we are proud to unveil our newest wine release, a distinctive non-vintage blend, of 2020 and 2021 single-varietal Malbec available exclusively to our guests that evening. Be mesmerized by the rhythms and grace of traditional Polynesian dance and fire performances. After dinner, step into the spirit of the islands by learning the art of Polynesian dance from our talented performers. Island-inspired attire is highly encouraged!
