Enjoy a full day of harvest and heritage activities at Cinder Ridge Farm. The farm is comprised of early American homesteads made from preserved and recreated log structures from Surry County.
The fifth annual Harvest Festival will be full of activities such as wagon rides, cider making, blacksmithing, corn shucking, horse plowing and logging, log hewing, bowl making and live music. Enjoy chicken stew and feel free to bring chairs and a covered dish to celebrate life in the past.
There will be animals to pet and history to experience.
