Come be a part of the Independence Day Parade and Fireworks in Mount Airy!
Independence Day Parade & Celebration in Downtown Mount Airy – The parade begins at 11 am.
Prior to the parade, listen to a reading of the "Declaration of Independence" in the courtyard of the Mount Airy Museum of Regional History (corner of Virginia St. and N. Main) as well as face painting, a clown, and balloons.
Following the parade is the Annual Pie Eating Contest for charity by Miss Angel's Heavenly Pies.
