The Surry County Historical Society invites you to a free public presentation, "The Moravians and the Revolutionary War," featuring Martha Hartley, Director of Research at Old Salem, on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Surry Service Center, 915 East Atkins Street, Dobson, NC 27017. Discover the important role the Moravian community played during the Revolutionary War and gain new insights into this fascinating chapter of North Carolina history. Everyone is welcome to attend!
