Yadkin Valley Tour de Vino

This exciting cycling event features five rides in North Carolina wine country. Choose from rides of 30 miles, 31 miles, 52 miles, 71 miles or 100 miles along the scenic byways of Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties. The Tour de Vino gets its name for passing several vineyards and wineries in the Yadkin Valley wine region. Upon returning to Elkin, cyclists are welcomed with showers, a meal and free admittance into the Yadkin Valley Wine Festival.
Bring your bike, plus a lawn chair or blanket for the post-ride wine festival featuring live music. All proceeds from Tour de Vino go to the nonprofit Elkin Valley Trails Association.
Early bird entry fee is $35 and $40 afterward.
Day-of registration and check-in take place 7-7:45 a.m. All rides begin at 8 a.m.
