The mill house has been updated with a modern industrial decor featuring historic accents. It can sleep up to six people with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a bunk bed in an upstairs common room. There is one bath.

Easy drive to Pilot Mountain State Park, downtown Pilot Mountain, downtown Mount Airy and Hanging Rock State Park.
