Cornshucking Frolic

A traditional rural frolic featuring corn harvesting, shucking, shelling and grinding. Additional demonstrations include cider making, quilting, cooking, woodworking, apple-butter making and molasses making. Numerous activities, such as wagon rides, will take place.
Bring a lawn chair and listen to some great traditional bluegrass and gospel music by local groups. Enjoy chicken stew, pintos, fried pies and apple cider. The country store will be stocked with wonderful products and gifts.
Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and younger.
