JOLO New Year's Eve Dinner

Join JOLO Winery & Vineyards for its first New Year's Eve food and wine pairing dinner. The five-course dinner will be held in JOLO's event center with live music by Red Umber Jazz Band.

Owner and winemaker JW Ray and JOLO chefs have meticulously developed the menu to pair each course with a wine that enhances the ingredients' flavors and rounds out the experience.

Seating is offered in a group setting with eight people per table. Guests should arrive by 5:30 p.m.; dinner begins promptly at 6 p.m. The music runs through 9:30 p.m., and the evening is expected to wrap up by 10 p.m. Dress is business casual.

1st Course: Butter-poached jumbo shrimp with caviar creme fresh served with apple-and-arugula salsa
Paired with 2019 Golden Hallows Reserve (Library Wine)

2nd Course: Ultimate wedge salad - bacon, bleu cheese, romaine, tomato, onion, bleu cheese dressing
Paired with: 2021 Pilot Shadow

3rd Course: Truffle mushroom ravioli - forest mushroom marsala cream sauce
Paired with: 2016 JOLOTAGE (Library Wine)

4th Course: Surf & turf - eight-ounce filet with Maine lobster thermidor, potato gratin, herb-baked tomato
Paired with 2019 Carolux XII (Library Wine)

5th Course: Chocolate s'mores lava cake served with wild berries and Chantilly cream
Paired with Muddy Paws
