Light Up Elkin 2025
Event
Early puppet shows begin at the Elkin library at 3:45 and 4:45. Light up Elkin starts at 5pm, with vendors, shops & restaurants open late, pony rides, train rides, plus trolley and hayride tours. Light Up event welcoming Santa, will be held at the stairway across from 222 E Main Street (same location as last year). Preshow at 5:45, Santa arrives at 6pm... don't be late! Santa will relocate on Main St for photos from 6:30 to 8:30, inside the lobby of the Three Trails hotel. Bingo Card promotion (pick up a card while you support downtown shops and restaurants... get 4 stamps in a row to enter to win up to $200 downtown BUCKS! VOTE for your favorite holiday windows on the back of the completed BINGO cards. (they are competing to win!!) We're looking forward to celebrating the holidays with you in downtown!! Atkins Street, Dobson, NC 27017. Each event will begin with Food Trucks on site at 6PM followed by Music from 7PM until 9PM. Bring your lawn chairs, admission is FREE! In the event of bad weather, the concert will be moved indoors to the Surry County Service Center, directly across the parking lot from the Surry County Farmers Market.
