Light Up The Reeves
Event
The 2024 Christmas show at the historic Reeves Theater sold out six weeks in advance. Due to high demand, the Light Up The Reeves featuring The Elkin Big Band will be presented as a two-night event in 2025, with performances on Friday and Saturday.
Expect an evening of big band Christmas classics, featuring everything from traditional carols and holiday jazz favorites to beloved tunes from movie and TV soundtracks. Bring your Frosty, Rudolph, and Linus & Lucy spirit—it’s a fun, festive way to kick off the season.
The Saturday performance is a benefit concert for the Reeves Downtown School of Music, which provides affordable music education opportunities in the community.
Make a night of it in downtown Elkin—enjoy dinner at one of the local restaurants, then settle in for a festive evening of live music at the Reeves.
Tickets are expected to go quickly, so purchase early.
