Historic Downtown Mount Airy Ghost Tours are held every Friday and Saturday night at 8pm beginning May through November 13. Join us for an exciting 90-minute, lantern-lit walking tour through Mount Airy's streets and its historic past. You will hear about 13 of our "less mortal" friends and some of Mount Airy's resting places. Tours begin at the Mount Airy Museum of Regional History, 301 N. Main Street. Wear comfortable shoes and bring your camera and umbrella, if needed. Tickets are $20 (tax included) and pre-paid reservations are required! Call the Museum at 336-786-4478.

Join us for a magical Christmas parade, where the spirit of the season shines brightly! Celebrate with us and enjoy a festive display of holiday cheer and catch a glimpse of Santa Claus! ​​ The parade will leave from Veterans Park at 5:00 PM and travel down W. Lebanon Street to N. Main and through Downtown Mount Airy.

The Elkin Cruise-In happens on the 4th Sunday of each month (March–November, excluding July) from 2PM–5PM at the Yadkin Valley Heritage & Trails Center.
