Two Chefs Eatery & Catering began as Chef Tony Poleselli’s dream of owning a food truck, blending his passion for mechanics with more than 30 years in the culinary arts. He built a business rooted in bold flavors, genuine hospitality, and a deep connection to the community. A Culinary Institute of America graduate who has been cooking since age 14, Chef Tony views food as his love language—bringing people together through every dish he creates.

What started as Two Chefs Food Truck NC has grown into a full-service restaurant, offering a warm dine-in experience, convenient takeout, and exceptional catering for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. The menu focuses on classic comfort food with a modern twist—familiar favorites reimagined with creativity and precision. From hearty breakfasts and satisfying lunches to an all-day brunch and unique pop-up dinners, every plate is crafted with care, delivering bold, memorable flavors.
